Happy Birthday, MtM!

This is going to be special. And short. Yay!

Happy Birthday, Making the Museum, the Newsletter!

You just turned two!

It seems like just yesterday, 386 episodes ago, when you sent out your very first email: “Wow, Who Designed That?”

You wrote poetrytwice!

And there was the first appearance of Phil & Monique (see them all here).

And of course, who can forget the eventual arrival of your younger sister, Making the Museum, the Podcast?

And, wordy toddler that you are, now there’s the MtM Word of the Day.

Not bad for two years of writing meant to help us all open our exhibitions on budget, on time, to rave reviews.

Here’s the thing:
As wonderful a two-year-old as MtM might be, it would be nothing without you, the reader. Thank you for two years of feedback, fan mail from remote parts of foreign countries, the occasional blistering critique (love those), and even a publishing proposal.

Thank you!

Warmly,
Jonathan
